DEADSTOCK Run Club x adidas
Shortly after relocating to Portland, I was able to curate and host a demo run in collaboration with local running crew DEADSTOCK Run Club centered around the new Ultraboost 5X.
Collaborating with the adidas running buying unit, Archrival, and Deadstock, we were able to turn a demo run into a cultural community event with a DJ, exclusive drinks, and giveaways.
We had a turnout of over a HUNDRED people and SHUT THE BLOCK DOWN!! There were over sixty demos. The overall consensus of the UB5X was that the shoe truly felt like a running shoe again. Historically, the Ultraboost started as a running shoe but was adopted in the lifestyle realm for casual wear.
